We were experiencing multiple problems with BOTH of our garage door openers and a few issues with one of the doors, as well. After noting A1's positive reviews on Yelp, I didn't hesitate to give them a call. They gave me a 2-hour time window for that afternoon, and the service technician (Wade) called me to let me know when he was on his way. He showed up right on time and took care of all of the issues. I don't impress too easily, but I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty and work ethic. It turns out most of our "problems" were really not problems at all. When he left, everything was up and running perfectly!
A1 has earned a life-long customer, and I will sing their praises to everyone I know. This is the EPITOME of customer service, and Wade is a straight-shooter if there ever was one. Wow, just exceptional!
