The MGM Grand has always been one of our favorite casinos so we decided to stay here to check out the hotel. Our visit started with a very, very helpful desk agent who went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our check-in experience. There was an issue with our dining credit and she corrected it quickly with no argument. We had a "Hollywood" suite on a remodelled floor. Really nice room, so-so view as we looked out at the monorail station but we've had far worse in Vegas (and elsewhere) so no big deal. The room was at the end of the hall so it was a bit of a walk but if you've ever stayed at a Disney hotel, you won't think this is very far at all. Housekeeping was great - none of the issues that others have complained about in prior reviews. We like to switch up our hotels when we visit Vegas but MGM is definitely on the "we'll stay again" list!
