My bf and I were the only customers when we first came in. The front desk lady ushered us back to one of the rooms and tried to talk us into upgrading to the $38/hr massage instead of the advertised price of $20/hr. We stuck with the $20/hr. She asked us to soak our feet in the warm water and left the room. About 10 mins later, 3 or 4 other customers came in. Once again, the lady (she's the only one working) hustled to put the new customers back. A male masseur finally came in and started to work on me. 10 more mins gone by, my boyfriend is still waiting for his masseuse. We asked my messeur to check on the second therapist. The front desk lady came in and asked if my bf can wait 30 more mins. We decided to leave at that point. It wasn't a very relaxing environment and they were obviously understaffed. It's just so wrong to accept more customers when you can't provide the services. It was very disappointing! We will not return.
