There is a reason why this place has a horrible rating and I saw this first hand. Their customer service is poor. I waited over an hour to just give a urine sample Something that should take 10 seconds. A lot of the older customers had trouble. Checking in and the staff offered no help. If you don't make an appointment expect at least an hour wait.
