I agree with Fred T. In fact I might go further to say that Chef Ramsey, or Chef Irvine might need to shake up the staff in the kitchen. The mushrooms tasted like they had been steamed, and had a slimy texture to them. I ate only one, leaving the rest, and pictured that if this were Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine would have promptly spit it out. I had to keep from being rude, and spitting it out. I found it Gross ! My husband had a steak, and ordered the onions to go with it. The onions were cooked to transparency but not caramelized. ( Sad ) Also, they tasted like someone had tried to thicken them with flour. If you try to make a roux, it needs to be thoroughly cooked, so it looses the nasty taste of flour. Yuck! My broccoli was steamed nicely, with a squeeze of lemon on it. That was alright. Over all, I would not go back. There are so many better places for me to spend my money at. Sorry - outdated.
