I made an appointment to come in for a proper bra fitting as haven't had one in many years and was unhappy with bra styles available at lingerie and dept stores.
I liked the atmosphere at the store and was greeted with friendly staff.
I was taken to a change room and asked what I was looking for, what concerns I had with my current bras etc... A good consult from my fitter , she measured me and then she left to grab options.
I was immediately impressed with the quality and styles she brought me. Color choices were great except - not any white which was a little odd as would like that choice.
I managed to fall in love with 5 of them in a variety of colors and styles.
Clearly I was wearing the wrong size for years. I am larger in the bust so need support and still like a sexy , pretty bra.
The bras are fantastic and I was even given a bottle of the washing liquid for proper hand cleaning. I thought that was a great bonus.
Yes - bras are pricey but you get quality and with proper care, they will last a long time.
Staff very helpful and took the time to offer me great service for about an hour that I was there. No rushing and it was a great experience.
I recently purchased bras from Torrid (larger bra store) and the Bay -- both of which lasted a couple months until the lace ripped etc... very disappointing
Again === I cant stress enough for you women out there with a larger bust as I have always had --- the support and comfort I now feel and the look under my clothing with the new bras - you cant imagine what a difference a proper fit makes.
I have found my new bra shop - I live in Aurora so the drive is not far.
I'm headed back this week for another look :)
