Bad customer service. I needed to mail a package. I asked for two pieces of tape and some packing peanuts. To both of these requests the lady say "I'm gonna charge you for that" ok...maybe a better way to phrase things would be "okay no problem there's a small charge for those services" or something to that extent. But she just seemed annoyed I was there. Whatever, I'll just go to usps or fed ex now and advise others to do the same.
