I purchased the interior/exterior car wash package. They did a half-ass job of the vacuum and dusting and left dirt in easily accessible places, not just the nooks and crannies. The wash didn't get all the dirt off my car and then they hand dried it which would have been a nice touch but since the car was still dirty they were just grinding the dirt into the finish. Seemed like they were more focused on quantity rather than quality. My car is sad not sparkly.
