I have been coming here on and off for roughly a year. This place used to be so much better. The coffee is good, but the help leaves everything to be desired. They are exceedingly slow. They mess up orders with increasing frequency. Many just seem to stand around doing little to nothing. If something goes wrong at the cash register they just look at you like they are lost. Mistakes on their part get nothing but a, "Sorry about that," AGAIN. Find another place or just dive to the new Starbucks.
