Sent two letters certified with return receipt. No one picked up so it was supposed to be sent back. After more than a month went to this post office which I sent the letters from. Worker helping expedite people in line reacted it and said it was at the station where it was sent to. So I would have go to that station to pick it up. Asked her well why wasn't it sent back. She just kept saying it's my decision if I want to go there and get it or I would have to contact that station myself. How about they find out what's going on since I did the business there. The usps main line will not let you speak to anyone. The absolutely worst phone system. Finally some how was able to get through and my wait time was 50 minutes. What happened if I sent it to a different state. Will I have to fly there to pick it up also. Then they wonder why they're going further and further down. After calling the other post office three different times got through to someone that looked it up found it and was gonna send it back. So basically they didn't do their job down there and my post office is doing even less.
