Found out today that Mike no longer owns Careful Cleaners and it is reflective of the service. Brought in a table cloth 3.5 weeks ago and still have not received it. The challenge is that no one knew or knows what is going on. They say they will call the cleaner or me and never do. Been in atleast six times to get the table cloth returned and every time I go in, no one knows anything about the lead time or if it is lost. Clothes take longer to return and today after going in to finally get my table cloth ( still not there), my dry clean was returned only to find one pair of pants was not cleaned and no reason was given. The girl behind the counter could not tell me why it was not cleaned. No rips on the pants, etc. The service is not friendly even though all I want is to have my property returned in a reasonable time after properly paying for the service. Not returning to this business again. I wish some of the other workers who worked with Mike were still there
