As an avid Starbucks customer, I can say this store has provided the worst experience I have had in years. 20 minutes from the time we placed our mobile order until we received it. I asked to speak to the supervisor and voiced my concerns. He didn't say anything except that the drinks were on their way. Save yourself the trouble and order from the Starbucks on Elbow Drive. The staff there know what they are doing.
