Ok, so I respect that Firewater has been trying to re-invent themselves and for the most part they are successful. However, it's almost as if they ran out of money by the end of the menu. One thing that was not available was espresso, which really surprised me considering their prices. Then I asked for a French coffee and was brought a martini with brandy and Kahlua. When I said that wasn't what I ordered they poured it into a pint glass with coffee and cream. I was a little disappointed because the appetizers (calamari) and the entree (NY strip and salmon) were delicious.
