I am very disappointed in this store... After reading all the good reviews, I really want to like it. I started jogging about a month ago, I am normally not into fitness and didn't really have a good pair of shoes for running, and was tired of my really old Nike. After looking through yelp reviews, I thought this is the exact place for me to find a good pair of shoes. I walked in during my lunch hour on a Friday, the store was completely empty. The guy that helped me were ok, since I didn't know what type of shoes I need, he asked m to run on the treadmill for a few seconds to see how my feet run. Then I tried on 4 pair of different running shoes that supposedly fit my feet well. The whole process took about 15 mins, and I was excited about my new shoes. After one day running in the shoes I was recommended, I felt some knee pain (this did not happen in the previous month of jogging), so I went online and did some research. I realized all 4 pairs of shoes I tried on are NOT current generation, and are older styles. The pair I ended buying and he recommended to me are actually for wide feet, I have very small and skinny feet. Since it was a previous generation, online stores were selling them for about 70 dollars and I paid 130 in store. Not only they did not find me the right pair of shoes, it was also way more expensive than online stores. I felt like all they did was trying to get rid of some old inventory since I didn't know my shoes. Since then I have bought another pair from online recommendations from Nordstrom, and they have been working out great. I know it might be just a one time mess up with the store, but I would not drive 30 mins to visit them again. I
