Hidden on their website is a no refund policy. I have spot all over my bright blonde hair. It was a partial balayage, no toner was applied. The color chose looked natural (that was the only plus) but there's spots everywhere on pieces not included in dying, I'll post picture. Marina and Sara managers will not do anything, they said must have been the toner that was put on, none was applied to my hair. If they look in system under my name or try to help they would see that. I was there for a long time 4 hours, for only partial top crown area- that much time how could they not be diligent to not drop dye everywhere. Also noted I didn't want my hair styled, so 4 hours was long time, I still don't understand how this happened since it was a rather simple service and alot of time was taken- but I had spots on parts that weren't being dyed. My hair was all blonde we were just blending my grown out roots to the blonde. Anyhow save yourself a second color process and say something if you see sloppiness. Because managers won't help. I live far and it'll be a chunk of a day to get this fixed. If I let them. I posted a picture it's towards the last ones if you want to see what they did. Once they get your money they have green light to totally mess your hair up, I had really pretty healthy blonde hair.
