I came to the gym (a 20 minute drive for me) to accompany my fiancé during his lunch breaks while working out. The owners/managers/whatever aren't that nice and aren't around much. Not only that, but no one really greets you when you walk in the door, actually I'm usually given weird looks. I got yelled at once for wearing my shoes into the facility without switching them out (I didn't know this policy when I first came because my old home gym was in florida, didn't have snow, etc.) When I went to switch my home gym to this particular one, he editied my home address to where it said Brampton, which I thought was sketchy, since it's not my address - he claimed it was the only thing he let his computer do, which wasn't true. They did however try to work out a deal with our current rates which is why I gave them an extra star. In regards to the gym, the people are fine, but the facilities are never attended to. Not only are people not penalized for not wiping down the machines (gross) but the bathrooms all smell like urine all. the. time. I can't bear to take showers there, so I stopped going. I do however, really like the personal trainer (Adam I think his name is) there, which is additionally why I gave this location two stars instead of one.
