They are very slow. Was not informed of the 2 hour wait time just to get out of the lobby and into a room where you wait some more. Front desk staff not very good at providing updates on how long it would be. She did have time to check her cell phone all the time. Got vitals taken, door closed and just kept waiting. They need to change their name. SlowMed it should be.
