worst experience ever! I can't believe how awful this whole experience was. I purchased the groupon and she basically just used a brush to paint it on and wasn't even paying attention. My hair is patchy everywhere and the colour basically looks like my roots grew out. She smirked at me when I told her I dye my own hair and she got so angry at me every time the towel fell from my shoulders because she didn't clip it to anything. She was so unsanitary and just picked up the towel and placed it back on my shoulder and would wipe her hands everywhere. In the end, I ended up doing my own hair from a box!
**Update**
After seeing my review she decides to email me saying it was defamation and slander against her. She's sending me emails by threatening me about taking legal actions, harassing me, and even went as far as looking me up on google to find out where I work.
