Called first thing this morning about an odd grinding noise coming when I turn. Bob told me to bring it in so he could take a look. He took it for a quick drive, looked under the hood, and found an engine mount bolt had come completely loose. My Defender 110 is like Frankenstein in terms of MB engine, newer LR parts, LHD conversion, and Bob immediately id'd the issue. Gave me some pointers on my truck and took an hour out of his schedule to make sure my truck was safe. I will be bringing him my Defender and BMW for ALL service. Highly, highly recommend.
