Visited on 8/18/2014 I never really cared for eating salmon in a restaurant, since I consider it a fairly common fish in supermarkets. Also, I personally cook the best salmon I've ever tasted. Well, it was the best, until some "Bobby Flay" guy serves me this this Ancho Chile-Honey Glazed Salmon that the waitress recommended. I was appalled at the idea that any salmon of any kind could not only be cooked so perfectly, but cooked and presented almost to a level that of which is only reserved for swordfish. I was very impressed by this lunch at Mesa Grill. It makes me want to venture out into the world of gourmet seafood and see if there are any other fish out there that could challenge the mantle of the swordfish.
