I went to this place for my regular dental cleaning and checkup a couple months ago because my husband started going here. The receptionists were friendly and I was greeted nicely. I do not think there was a wait too. Once I was called to a small room, an assistant came in and took TONS of pictures of inside my month. Not only X-rays but pictures with a camera looks like a just regular camera. I thought it was a little weird and it took for a while. Finally the cleaning process started by the same assistant and it went OK. I waited for a while and the doctor came in finally. He started looking through all the pictures taken earlier on PC monitor sometimes talking to the assistant or me taking a good 10 mins. I was still waiting for getting my teeth checked thinking, "why is this doctor checking PICTURES of my teeth instead of actually looking at my teeth right in from of him!!". He ended up barely touching my teeth. Maybe for a second but not like normal dentists do. But instead, I received pretty big quote of fillings. My husband went back here once after my visit for his cleaning and checkup, but that time, the doctor did not even show up. Of course, we both stopped going here.
