Went there looking for a kitchen faucet. Found one priced at $80. Not a bad deal considering it retails for $170. However, in inspecting it, it was very obvious that it had been installed before, although it looked like new.
Decided I would buy it. That is until I was told that it had no warranty. That completely threw me off. Keep in mind these are Home Depot returned items. They are returned for many reasons, including faulty products. So basically these guys wanted me to spend $80 and take the full risk that it might not work. I would expect that from an item bought on Craigslist (and even then people assure it will work or your money back), but not from a business. I even asked if I could get at least 1 day warranty, but nope, not an option. So for me, it wasn't worth the gamble. If they dont trust their products for a 1 day warranty, then why should I.
To the business owner, if you are sure that you are not scamming people with faulty products, provide some warranty on stuff like that. FYI, that same day I went so SaleSumo Liquidations and bought a very similar faucet, also a Home Depot return, also a Delta, for $80. And guess what, it comes with 60 day warranty. Installed it and everyone is happy. You lost not only a sale but a potential customer. Very poor business practice.
