Me & my sister had went to the location at boulevard mall initially. It was fantastic! From the minute we walked in. Clean, smelled great & selection was awesome. The employees were great as well. I was thinking, if we went to another location we could expect the same. I was so wrong....
We went to this location. We're actually looking for something in particular, a glass stand that the other location said was perhaps available here. Nobody asked us if we needed assistance & when we finally came in to contact with 2 employees....it was a man & woman hanging out on a sofa. Chatting away. Hey who am I? Since they greeted us we asked if they worked there they both replied yes. Kept chatting. Inquired about a candle holder that caught my eye & asked literally 4x's if it was for sale. They proceeded to hug & say their good byes lol.
I'm not even mad they were having a convo. It was just rude that I asked for help, they both work there & continued to ignore me. So, I said nvm! Heading to the Henderson location. Hopefully it's better there. Like my first experience at the Blvd location.
Also, the back area looked terrible. A lot of stuff not put together & the rug area was dirty. ijs
***update from my review earlier. Apparently, that location is shutting down. Perhaps that's why it looked shitty in some areas. But either way customer service there sucked! It all makes sense now.
