I would normally not review a chain as big as Starbucks unless I had an either really good or really bad experience. I've been to this location hundreds of times, and have never had an issue. The staff has always been very friendly, and do a great job at knowing their customers and giving up excellent recommendations. Today I decided to go through the drive-through to grab a Macchiato and the line was taking longer than normal. I wasn't in any hurry so I didn't mind waiting, but still with three cars in front of me, the wait was close to 10 minutes for me to get up to the window. When I pulled up, the barista apologized for the long wait, and actually gave me my drink for free, saying it was on them because everyone in front of me had large orders. You don't normally see this from large chains such as Starbucks, so I really appreciated the thought!
