I took the time to go around in person to find a grooming salon for my new Yorkie puppy. After visiting Grooming Tails I knew that my Yorkie would be "getting beautiful" at Grooming Tails. I spoke with Gloria, after reading her bio on their website, and loved her enthusiasm, her ability to groom dogs, ability with scissors cuts and mainly her apparent love of dogs. I also loved the fact that they were not cage-free! Did not like the thought of my little guy running lose with other dogs. Instead they had kennels that allowed the dogs to see all of the people in the grooming area, they were not in the back somewhere. I made an appointment with Gloria, spoke with her in depth before I left and felt totally comfortable. I found all of the staff extremely friendly and they seemed to care about the welfare of my pup. My dog turned out wonderful! Gloria did a great job and took the time to discuss his health and his cut with me. I am now a regular with Gloria and Grooming Tails.
