I was assigned this company through my warranty company after buying my new home. While they did diagnose a sewer leak they also tried to say that my leak was not on the city line. They charged my mom $300 to mark the property and my home warranty fee. I asked for a written estimate for several days of the work they tried to say I needed. I never got one. Through a social media post I learned to call the city first. It turned out the city did fix my line and it was the city line-not my responsibility. The damaged line was actually 4 foot different in location than the marking made by this company. It turned out I was missing an entire portion of my line. When the plumber related to this company came out initially he said this may be $4000 to fix but luckily I caught it in time before it would have been $22,000. Well, he was wrong entirely. I wouldn't use them at all again or recommend them to anyone. I am only out $365 but it could have been worse! I am just thankful I called the city.
