I dropped my daughters iPhone 5c in water, it was fried or so I thought, after being in rice for a day or 2 and then it wouldn't power on at all, brought it to uBreakiFix on Bell and 75th with really no hope. But why not give it a shot? So the next day they called and said it's working, it had to be cleaned twice but it's almost as good as new (just has a small water mark on screen). It works great! Cost was $50, well worth it, they don't charge if it doesn't get fixed. Really saved me from having to replace that $500 uninsured phone. Note to the wise get a water proof case next time! It's been 3 weeks since the fix and still working great. I highly recommend this place! They are lifesavers. I have been there before previously with my Samsung Galaxy 4 that I ran through the washer and dryer, that one wasn't fixable, but no charge and my bad. Again, WATERPROOF cases...
