I went into this location to return a pair of shoes that I intended to exchange but changed my mind and just wanted to return. I was within the 30 day return policy, shoes unworn and had my receipt. When it came time to put the money back on my card, I had explain explained that I was issued a new card two weeks ago due to fraud. Same bank account, different card. The store manager attempted to DENY my refund citing "How do I know you're not the one committing fraud?" Are you F* kidding me!?! I had my card, My ID and showed her the transaction in my bank account where I purchased the shoes AND where I got a new card!!! She tells me "I'll do it this one time." WRONG, you won't do it this one time. You'll do it anytime I need you to process my return. I will never ever shop at another Vans ever!! The most ridiculous experience I've ever had....
