My apartment is nice, but overall this complex and the customer service SUCK. Eva is super sweet and helpful (thus the one star), but the office manager Marissa is rude and always unwilling to help/ handle any issues. Most of the leasing agents here seem to come and go pretty quickly, And they act accordingly.
I pay 1300$ a month to live in a complex that is barely gated where people are constantly coming in and going through the dumpsters and doing god knows what else. When we moved in we were told it was gated- which apparently means the gates are left open all day and then closed around 9pm. NOT COOL.
The maintenance is virtually non existent. I've seen the pool cleaned MAYBE once in the year and a half that I've lived here. And people that don't even live here are constantly at the pool and in the gym.
I would highly recommend pretty much anywhere else before Spanish Ridge. I've lived in Vegas for 10 years and this is by far the worst leasing experience I've had. I'm currently looking for a legal way out of living here. Avoid at all costs.
