Very poor service. From the time I pulled up to the drive-thru line to the time I receive what I ordered, nearly 30 minutes had passed. To begin with, The guy taking my order kept asking me to repeat myself. I don't have a problem with being asked to repeat what I say, but when this happens, I expect my order to be accurate. (You can see where this is going.) After ordering my food, I sat in line for what felt like an eternity. To pass the time, I read the local graffiti (and believe me, there's a lot on this side of town) and observed at least 13 thugs walking around who apparently don't like belts. When I finally got my order, part of it was wrong and part of it was missing. When I informed the girl at the window of this, she huffed and took the items she wasn't supposed to give me. We waited for a few more minutes and then she came back, but forgot one more item. She pointed out that it wasn't on the receipt. I told her that I ordered it, but that the guy taking the order must not have added it (despite the fact that I repeated myself multiple times). At this point, she sighed again, rolled her eyes, disappeared and then returned with my item without saying anything. The only good thing about this whole sorry ordeal was that the food was good, which is why I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of one.
