Having met with approximately 10 flooring contractors, all of which had great online reviews, I will say, without a doubt, Rustin was the most thorough and professional. Beyond this, he identified an important problem which none of the other contractors saw; and, which ultimately would have cost us $10-15k of future repairs had we not repaired immediately. I would, without hesitation, refer Rustin to anyone looking for hardwood, laminate, or carpet. In fact, I just referred him to my parents who recently purchased a home in Fountain Hills.
