I have never had a GOOD experience with this frys. My mother has young twins and when we grocery shop we need 2 carts. Both carts were filled to the top with groceries and only 5 lines were open including 3 express lines. We were "helped" by Nathan, a cashier and he was completely unfriendly and unprofessional. He held a conversation with the bag boy instead of ringing up our groceries. It took him at least 25 minutes to do ONE cart. He even stopped 2 different employees to have a conversation while all of them were supposed to be doing their work! I went to go ask for a manager because my mom had 2 screaming babies and he was not in a hurry to get us in and out at all. The lady working the self check out was just as rude. Seemed as if she didn't want to talk to me at all and was bored and didn't care. There are better grocery stores out there- frys even. The bag boy didn't even offer to help out the groceries in the car, instead left 2 carts filled to the top with 2 young women. Didn't greet or say goodbye. will NOT be back
