Pretty awful. We were here years ago and now I remember why we had never returned. The place was packed so obviously my opinion is in the minority. The hot and sour soup was OK, but it should be mostly broth, lemongrass and a few items. It was sloggy, stew-like with an almost mucous like consistency. The egg rolls left a major oil slick on the table. The lettuce wraps were just AWFUL. Instead of finely chopped tasty ingredients this was some flavorless mystery mush. Just awful. The beef and chicken dishes were swimming in soy sauce, hence total salt taste. No taste but salt. Good thing I do not have high blood pressure. I am only giving it 2 stars (the food was 1), as the servers were quite nice and helpful. Wow, the lack of good ethnic places in this valley floors me. When this can pass for Chinese there is something seriously wrong with the taste in Scottsdale. I guess if you never ventured from some Midwest suburb (or Mars) then moved here, this kind of flavorless salty greasy food would be on par. But anyone who has eaten at a big city Chinese place would never return. (And we won't).
