I've had my drinks stolen by customers at this Starbucks before. The shoppe is so small and everyone is crammed into a corner while they wait for their drinks.
Someone walked in and went straight for the counter, grabbed my boyfriends and my drink and walked out before we could get to the counter. The staff didnt notice and kept ignoring us when we attempted to alert them. They kept saying that our drinks would be up shortly.
Drinks tast like any other Starbucks, but the layout and wait time suck.
I would say download the app and order before you arrive, but your drink might get snagged.
