I enjoy this massage clinic. For a few reasons, not only do they provide quality, relaxing massages, but they're a lot less arrogant/stuck up than masseuses you generally encounter in Spas (for example Rain Spa across the street) and make you feel at home. They also have really great hours (open late and Weekends!) I've had a few different massages with a few different masseuses here, and all were quite enjoyable, however a couple things that would bump them up to 5 stars: 1) the rooms on the lower floor are noisy. You can hear people walking around and chatting in the lobby area. I would suggest they update the soundproofing a bit to help with this. The hardwood floors also make it a bit noisy. Perhaps some area rugs? As such, I would suggest requesting a room upstairs when booking your appointment. 2) I have sensitive skin and massage oils really cause it to react. While two of my masseuses had alternative options (lotion as opposed to oil) another one didn't. I would suggest having options for people with specific needs such as this.
