Their doorman attacked my daughter on St. Patrick's Day. The guy is at least 6'3" and shoved a petite 5'2" young woman into a crowd of people. Her shoulder was hurt. Then the jerk shoved and threatened her husband when he stepped in between them. The whole incident was out of the blue and very upsetting. There's just no excuse for handling people so aggressively, especially young women.
To add insult to injury, the management completely blew it off when we called later to complain. They just made a lot of rude insinuations to deflect the blame. We had to file a police report as a last resort.
Take some time to read through the other reviews here and on other sites. You'll find a consistent line of complaints and negative comments about their doorman. He's a bully who likes to target and harass women.
This is a shameful pattern of behavior, Kazimierz. You owe my family an apology and your doorman should be let go.
