Came here to try it out when my normal nail salon was closed for remodeling. Saw the reviews and know someone who comes here so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. I called ahead to see if they were too busy to take a walk in, the lady on the phone said they weren't busy at all and could take me right away. I was literally down the street 2 min away. From the moment I walked in, I should've known it was going to be a bad experience. When I got there, the lady at the desk was dealing with a customer who was a regular. The customer was complaining about how her appointment had been changed 3 times by her nail technician and she was upset because she had called the day before to confirm her appointment. However, he wasn't there and in the system she was scheduled for a different day. When it was my turn, the lady told me I'd have to wait a half hour to 45 min because I didn't have an appointment. I told her I just called and whoever answered said it was fine and that I would be taken in right away. They weren't even busy. She told me they were short staffed and would have to wait. So I did. When it was finally my turn, I explained to the technician that I wanted chevron french manicure nails and showed her the picture. She said she had never done it before. It would try. She kept trying to dissuade me and would say that I'm "too young for a french manicure." She stated that girls my age would get bolder colors and that french manicures are for older women. I told her that's what I wanted done so she attempted to do so. After a few tries she said she couldn't and asked if I wanted something else. I said to just give me a regular french manicure instead of the chevron french. She told me she hadn't done regular french in years and would also try. Didn't turn out the way I wanted it and I was very annoyed and not pleased with the service from the moment I stepped through the door. I should have left when I heard the dissatisfaction from the regular customer, but bc of the reviews and recommendation, I stayed. For sure never going back!!
