After shopping around for weeks it suddenly hit me that I hadn't tried Shane co. Even after all those years/decades of radio commercials that are ingrained in my head. I was very impressed with all the staff members that helped me on the handful of visits I made when selecting and purchasing my wife's engagement ring and then my wedding band. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I've never felt pressured by them in any way. They provide a level of personal service that I wasn't expecting. I got a great deal on a one of a kind ring and I can't put a value on the level of service and piece of mind I got from them. It was well worth the drive out to their store, and return visits for the complimentary services. If you are in the market they are a must.
