I stopped in at the end of very tough day an hour before closing with three watches to repair. Two batts and a band. Fully expected to be told to drop them and come back in a few weeks. Amy, the most friendly a caring rep I have encountered in a very long time...maybe ever...got to work quickly took my info and told me if I had some shopping to do they would be ready before closing. I was blown away. Picked out a band...biggest selection I have ever seen. Went and got a haircut came back and was so pleased I felt compelled to look for a new watch (it is a habit) price was not an object but I fell in love with probably the least expensive piece in their showcase. Amy had shown me a few others and never tried to upsell seemed genuinely happy that I found something I liked! She is terrific. The store is terrific and I look forward to coming back.
