The Crap Institute should be their name. Every doctor is behind schedule. I think they overbook or something. After filling out 10 pages of mostly redundant info I'm told there is someone ahead of me and it could be an hour wait. I look at the clock and it's my appt time. I wonder how many new patients would walk out the door if they were told they might have to wait an hour BEFORE they filled out the paperwork. I had a similar problem with the Gilbert location several years ago. I had to wait so long that I needed to get back to work so I asked for a refund of my copay and my paperwork.
