Expired yogurt, milk, and cheese. My God. These are 3 major things that spoil faster than anything else and are major items in pretty much 90% of your clientele. Have someone go through and check it. Isn't there a stock list printed out each day of things that need to be turned over? The milk and fruit juice I was looking at had expired November 27th. Dude. That was a month ago. Check your expiration date, y'all. Turn over your fruit too. Make sure you have no mold covering your strawberries and citrus. Found that too. I walked out. Forget it. I'll just go to Fry's down the street.
