I've been to this urgent care extra a good 8 times and Service is good when I go but I go have to give them two stars just cause the wait sucks there! They will have one person in the back and I'll even see them leave & still don't get seen for another 15 min. The last time annoyed the he** out of me cause i walked in was the only one in the waiting room and a good 20 min later the lady up front couldn't read my handwriting and was just now asking me what my birth date was & was putting my info in. Oh last time I went I wasn't even told the diagnosis tell I got the paperwork.
