I have been having a lot of trouble/issues with Firestone on Rock Springs and decided to give Pep Boys a try. I spoke to Cole on the phone. He was extremely pleasant. When I entered the facility to get an oil change, Cole was there to welcome me and answer all of my questions. My oil change was done quickly, effeciently, and without an appointment. I was very satisfied with Pep boys. They made an excellent 1st impression and I plan on continuing to use them for my future car services.
