Update: manager responded and offered to make up for it. I appreciate the contact and the initiative to make up for the experience. Made appointment and got there at 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived there is no one else waiting. They didn't finish the oil change until 10:45am. What's frustrating is that people arrived after me got their car serviced and done before I did.
