After I had purchased a car from Kia, I went back to look for a different model. My salesman Kyle and my financial guy Jarvis, let me turn in the car I had just purchased and get the automobile I really wanted. They said "they wanted me to be happy". It was my fault as I didn't really think the process through at purchasing a car I was not really happy with . I was so surprised and grateful that they let me do that. I will definitely tell all of my friends to go there and I absolutely love the Sportage I bought. I advise you to be sure you get the car you want. They will certainly accomodate you.
