GOOD EATS! My husband drives long haul and I'm out with him in the winter. Buffets are a welcome treat! Especially when you come across one that says"we care" just by the way they cook! It's like walking into aunt Shirley's kitchen , hungry and she invites you to sit, eat, stay awhile! We try to always start with the salad bar then the buffet, sometimes it doesn't happen that way! I'm sure some of you know what I'm sayin! Great mashed potatoes, big slices of squash, spinach , pinto beans & rice, prime rib(that they cut for you) brisket, pulled pork(if that's your thing), fish, fried chicken! & pumpkin pie and other various desserts. I went back to the salad bar and had fruit. The waitresses were very sweet! Thank you! This made up for the lousy Thanksgiving buffet back up at the TA aurora, but that's another review! LOL Be safe out there & keep the shiny side up! & GO DUCKS!!!
