Let me start off with some compliments to Mike for being incredibly personable on the phone during crisis. He asked if everyone was okay, and in terms of my vehicle, vowed to use OEM parts on my car and told me there was nothing to worry about in that department, which as I've heard from people who had gone through them that this was true. Great news, as my car is a leased vehicle. So, even though my car was originally towed to Titan Auto Body, it was not ultimately fixed there, as it was best that I went to a place that both had an insurance agent from my company, and was the same place the car dealership I bought the car from approves all of their body work. But I am sure as long as Mike was overseeing the project, it would have been done with care and precision, so thank you Mike for making everything easy and being ultimately transparent in your business practices. I wish Titan Auto Body much success.
