Bought a Groupon and they never answered. Thank goodness for Groupon's refund policy. I left two voicemails and called a lot. I even managed to catch her once on the other line but she never clicked over or bothered to call back.
I don't understand why they're still offered on sites like Groupon or Living Social. This is clearly not a one-time case.
Don't buy it. Give your money to a business who actually answers their phone. Glad I didn't get past the three day mark with Groupon or I'd be out a fair bit of cash.
