Ugh, I used to love coming to this movie theater and have been for years. The last time we went we were headed to see The Revenant (great movie by the way, from what we could see...read on..) and were placed in theater 5. My boyfriend went to the movies to purchase our tickets a few days in advance and the seats that were available were up higher in the back. So we arrive ready and excited since we normally love this movie theater and we sit down. UMMM to our surprise, we can't see the bottom 25% of the screen like others have mentioned. A block of wall literally blocks your view. I had to sit with my feet underneath me as high as I possibly could just to hopefully be able to see the whole movie. Even then, I couldn't see some of the subtitles. WTH? Who builds the inside of a movie theater like that? It was also extremely hot in the room. We were sweating throughout the whole movie and that's gross. So much for a relaxing experience.. Service was whatever, but I've been in the service industry so I am more understanding to things like that. We also didn't order food that night so I can't comment on that.
I've had the food there a few times and honestly, it never really bothered me. It wasn't wonderful but it wasn't terrible.
But with this experience, we will never be back. What a waste!! Get your sh*t together
