was super excited to try this place after driving past it a couple times and reading some reviews. I asked about dairy free options and was told about the coconut/almond milk cream substitute. Decided to go for that and get the red velvet flavor. Even just finding this information out was a nightmare, the glass is so high you can't hear anything the workers are saying. The dairy free substitute also tasted so strongly of coconut milk that I couldn't taste any red velvet, the coconut milk was way too overpowering. I think an almond or soy substitute would be better, coconut milk is just too overpowering as a flavor. Lastly I was not offered graham cracker crumbles on top, oh well. Probably won't be back.
